GUIPAK SUMINISTROS is a cleaning supplies and hygiene products company operating from C / Cefiro 4, Buenos Aires del Mirador. We supply residential, commercial, and industrial clients with professional-grade cleaning products.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

3. Product Orders

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders submitted through our contact channels constitute an offer to purchase our products. An order is only binding once confirmed by GUIPAK SUMINISTROS in writing or by phone. We reserve the right to refuse any order without explanation.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. We will confirm the applicable pricing at the time of order. Volume pricing and contract pricing are agreed in advance and documented in your commercial account agreement.

3.3 Payment

Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch unless a credit account has been established. For commercial clients with approved credit terms, invoices are due within the agreed net payment period. Late payments may incur interest charges.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within the stated timeframes. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. GUIPAK SUMINISTROS is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, force majeure, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery. You should inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at +1 (218) 508-2235. We will arrange collection and issue a refund or credit upon inspection of the returned goods.

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged through misuse are not eligible for return. Custom-formulated products are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.

6. Product Use and Safety

All products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided on the label and in the Safety Data Sheet (SDS). GUIPAK SUMINISTROS is not liable for damages arising from improper use, storage, or mixing of products. It is your responsibility to ensure that products are stored safely and out of reach of children and unauthorized individuals.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GUIPAK SUMINISTROS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a product order shall not exceed the value of the products in that order.
