Ordering & Payments

We accept bank transfers, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and for established commercial accounts, we offer 30-day net payment terms. Please ask your account manager for details.
For residential orders, there is no minimum. For commercial and bulk orders, minimum quantities vary by product. Contact us for specific minimum order details and to access volume pricing tiers.
Yes. Volume discounts start at 5% for orders over a monthly threshold and scale up to 20%+ for enterprise accounts. Residential subscribers also receive a 15% discount on their monthly bundle. Contact us to discuss a pricing structure tailored to your volume.
Delivery & Logistics
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are dispatched the same business day. Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. Express next-day delivery is available for an additional fee. Commercial clients on scheduled plans have guaranteed delivery windows.
Free delivery is included on orders over a minimum value threshold (varies by region) and for all residential subscription customers. Commercial clients on Professional and Enterprise plans also receive included delivery as part of their service contract.
Absolutely. For commercial clients managing multiple properties or branches, we offer coordinated multi-site deliveries. Our logistics team will work with you to schedule deliveries across all your locations efficiently. Contact your account manager to set this up.
Products & Safety
Our residential line is specifically formulated to be safe for homes with children and pets. These products are dermatologist-tested and free from harsh solvents, heavy metals, and unnecessary fragrances. Always follow the usage instructions on the label. Industrial and commercial products should be stored out of reach of children.
Yes. Our GreenGuard eco line includes biodegradable surfactants, plant-based actives, and recyclable packaging. These products are effective alternatives to conventional cleaning agents for clients who prioritize environmental responsibility. Look for the "Eco" badge in our product catalog.
Safety Data Sheets are available for all our products. Contact us with the product name or SKU and we will send you the current SDS document. Commercial clients receive SDS sheets included with every product delivery.
Yes. For clients with specific requirements — such as a particular pH range, fragrance, concentration, or performance profile — we can develop custom formulations. Custom orders require minimum volume commitments. Contact our commercial team to discuss your requirements.
Commercial Accounts
Opening a commercial account is straightforward. Contact us via the contact form or call us at +1 (218) 508-2235. Our commercial team will walk you through the onboarding process, discuss your needs, and set up a pricing structure and delivery schedule tailored to your business.
Enterprise plan clients receive on-site product training for their cleaning staff. This covers correct product usage, dilution ratios, surface compatibility, and safety protocols. Training sessions are available in English and Spanish. Contact your account manager to schedule a session.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. For products that arrive damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
If there is an error in your order, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the correct product to be dispatched at the earliest opportunity, along with collection of the incorrect items at no cost to you. We take order accuracy seriously.
